Core Materials
Polyurethane (PUR)
PUR is a rigid foam known for its high thermal insulation, lightweight nature, and resistance to moisture. It ensures energy efficiency and longevity in construction.
Polyisocyanurate (PIR)
PIR foam is an improved version of PUR with enhanced fire resistance, offering superior stability under high temperatures.
Mineral Wool (MW)
Mineral wool is a non-combustible material with excellent fire resistance and sound insulation, making it ideal for fire-rated applications.

Metal Facing
SAPTEX Sandwich Panels are produced using the best quality metal facings. Pre-painted Galvanized Steel (PPGI) is commonly used, along with Aluminum, pre-painted aluminum, and stainless steel (SS304L).
