GENERAL
SAPTEX manufactures high-performance rigid Polyurethane (PUR) and Polyisocyanurate (PIR) boards for thermal insulation in various applications.
Density: 32 to 50 kg/m³ (Higher densities available on request)
Thickness: 26 to 120 mm
Edges: Shiplap (rebated) or straight edges
APPLICATIONS
SAPTEX PUR/PIR boards are designed for superior thermal insulation in roof and wall panels, refrigeration units, pipe insulation, and industrial applications. They provide excellent fire resistance, moisture control, and mechanical properties, ensuring long-term efficiency and durability.
FACING MATERIALS:
- Asphalt saturated felt paper
- Glass fiber tissue with polyethylene film
- Cellulose fiberglass
- Aluminum foil backed with Kraft paper
- Aluminum foil backed by Glass mat

Note: Higher board sizes provide better thermal resistance. Custom sizes and densities can be produced as per customer requirements.
