Saptex PUR Pipe & Duct Insulation
GENERAL
SAPTEX manufactures high-performance rigid polyurethane (PUR) and polyisocyanurate (PIR) foam for various applications.
1. Density 30 to 60 kg/m³ normally for pipe and duct insulation.
2. Density 80 to 220 kg/m³ generally for thermal supports.
APPLICATION
SAPTEX polyurethane foam is used for hot & cold water pre-insulated pipes, heating & air-conditioning ducts, industrial process pipework, and anchored walls. It meets national, regional, and international insulation standards. For higher performance and fire resistance, SAPTEX PIR pipe and duct insulation is recommended.

DENSITY:
30 to 60 Kg/m³ normally for pipe and duct insulation.
- 80 to 220 Kg/m³ for thermal support or special applications (custom production
available).

SIZES:
Pipe sections and fittings available in any outer diameter,
with a length of 1000 mm.
Pipe sizes over 100 mm are made from segments.
Slabs available in 1200 x 1000 mm, 1200 x 2000 mm, or custom sizes.
Edges: Straight edges for slabs.
